We had an exciting opportunity to start from scratch by tearing down the existing house on this property. This spacious custom-built home is over 3,000 square feet in the old university heritage area of downtown Guelph. Large windows throughout the home bring in ample light and help to showcase the beautiful mix of stone and wood.
